We hope to establish partnerships with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the community, allowing us to consistently deliver the most cost effective, complete and innovative solution.  Our President, Mr. Rodney Davermand has over twenty-five (25) years of vast experience in the residential and commercial construction industry delivering exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. We specialize in modern, energy efficient construction.  We have highly skilled professionals on staff and use the best subcontractors. We are committed to quality craftmanship in all areas of construction. We are a member of the American Concrete Institute where we hold various International Certifications. 

Think Pink Construction is our swimming pool division and holds over twenty (20) years of extensive experience in residential and commercial swimming pool construction, repairs and maintenance service. We are the leading leak detection specialist in the Bahamas and are Internationally Certified in that area.  We are members of numerous international associations where we attend regular courses to maintain our international certifications.  We are currently the only SGM certified plaster installers on the island and our experienced staff consists of Certified Pool Operators and Certified Lifeguards. At Think Pink construction we focus on turning your backyard into a beautiful oasis. Think Pink construction offers charitable giving to Children’s Cancer Patients and Breast Cancer Patients.

#JoCoMudlife is our mud division.  We have a rapidly growing fleet of concrete pumps and concrete pump boom truck.  We are highly skilled and trained to take care of all of your masonry projects.  We offer the latest trends and methods for concrete finish work and designs. 

The Missing Link Enterprises is our business management division.  At The Missing Link we want to be the bridge to fill in the gap to all of your business needs.  We offer a great range of services catering to small and medium sized businesses. 

The Missing Link Auto Sales is a new addition to our JoCo family.  We are members of IAAI and Copart and can source any vehicle that you wish.  We are honest, reliable and pride ourselves with being transparent.  Our customers are left with a peace of mind knowing that their investment is safe with us. We also provide vehicle rentals.
